<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium complex compound with its higher output aimed at by being used as an electrode material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the lithium complex compound used as an electrode material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises a process of forming a coating layer of a conductive material on the surface of primary particles of the lithium complex compound with a particle size of 1 μm or less, and a process of forming a defective part at the coating layer. In the forming process of the defective part, either a thermal shock treatment, an activating treatment, an ultrasonic treatment, or a mechanical shock treatment is to be applied to the primary particles with a coating layer formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
