摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a catalyst or the like capable of performing polymerization without generating deposition or the like of a catalyst material on the inner wall of a reactor in a catalyst preparation step. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the solid catalyst for olefin polymerization including a carrier [A] capable of adsorbing a Lewis acidic compound in a range of 0.01-0.4 mmol/g, a transition metal compound component [B] soluble in a hydrocarbon solvent belonging to the group consisting of the third-eleventh groups in the periodic table, and an activating agent [C] capable of forming a metal complex reacted with the transition metal compound component [B] and having catalytic activity, the transition metal compound component [B] and the activating agent [C] are added thereto in the presence of the carrier [A] while making the time difference of an addition starting time of the transition metal compound component [B] and an addition starting time of the activating agent [C] and the time difference of an addition finishing time of the transition metal compound component [B] and an addition finishing time of the activating agent [C] to 10% or less relative to the average value of both addition times.
