SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin, 0.001-1 pt.mass of a metal salt compound, 0.001-1 pt.mass of a fluoropolymer, and 0.01-2 pts.mass of polysilane.
