PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid perfume composition that is excellent in aroma generation immediately after the beginning of use and sustains aroma quality for a long time without changing the aroma quality. SOLUTION: The oily solid perfume composition contains the following components (A) through (D); (A) a perfume; (B) a cationic surfactant, (C) a polysaccharide fatty acid ester in a solid state at 25°C, (D) and an ester oil in a liquid state at 25°C.
