The seat (1) has a seat side bulge cushion (14) inserted in seat side bulge areas (12a, 12b). A backrest area (20) comprises two backrest side bulge areas (23a, 23b) provided running laterally to the backrest area and a head area (22). A central area cushion (24) is inserted in a central area (21) of the backrest area. A backrest side bulge cushion (26) is inserted in the bulge areas. A pillow (25) is inserted in the head area. The cushions are reversibly ductile and made of an open-cellular soft foam material, which is surrounded by an airtight foil, where the cushions have changeable volume.
