PURPOSE: A fluid cooler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the leakage risk from a connecting part by the eliminating the need for a pipe expanding process required for the assembling of the cooling fin. CONSTITUTION: A fluid cooler is composed of a pipe(1) and a plurality of cooling fins(3). The pipe is installed in a fluid passage. The cooling fins surround the outside of the pipe and are successively inserted along the longitudinal direction of the pipe. The cooling fin comprises an inserted part and a space providing part. The insertion part is inserted into a space between a neighboring cooling fin and the pipe. The space providing part forms a space to the pipe so that the inserted part of another neighboring fin is inserted.
