<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress an increase in construction costs and an increase in the resistance of a steel sheet pile upon placing it and effectively suppress the warp deformation of the steel sheet pile caused by a load applied along the direction of thickness of the steel sheet pile. <P>SOLUTION: According to a steel sheet pile wall 34, a tension rod 36 goes through a pocket slot 32 of a steel sheet pile 10 to penetrate a joint unit 22 in a state where a tensile force Ts arises on the tension rod 36 in the pocket slot 32. Anchor nut 40 transmits the tensile force Ts arising on the tension rod 36 to the joint unit 22 of the steel sheet pile 10.
