<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue closing device capable of easily and surely performing anchor positioning for abutting the anchor of a closing device to the peripheral part of an undesirable hole passing through a biological tissue membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The biological tissue closing device includes: a clip provided with the anchor and a deformation part; and an arranging device for freely detachably holding the clip, performing the operation of closing a wound hole with the clip, and arranging the clip inside a living body. The arranging device includes a driving mechanism, a lock mechanism, a lever 28, a cover member 112 movable to a first position and a second position, and a coil spring 121. When performing the anchor positioning for holding the cover member 112 positioned at the first position, pulling the arranging device in a proximal end direction and abutting the anchor to the peripheral part of the wound hole, when the force of pulling the arranging device reaches a threshold, the cover member 112 is moved to the second position against the energizing force of the coil spring 121, and the lever 28 is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
