PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute user authentication for access to a plurality of sites without requiring complicated operation.

SOLUTION: An authentication system 100 includes a cellular phone 1 for reading identification information of a non-contact type IC card 7, and a login authentication server 4 for executing user authentication by using the identification information of the IC card 7. The login authentication server 4 registers the identification information of the IC card 7 and access information for accessing a site to be logged in by the identification information, and when receiving the identification information of the IC card 7 from the cellular phone 1, executes user authentication by collating the received identification information with the registered identification information of the IC card 7 and transmits the access information to the cellular phone 1.
