<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control operation in a traffic system for operation along a predetermined route. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A vehicle terminal 200v mounted on a bus Bs generates main position information indicating the current position of the vehicle terminal by means of GPS. (b) The vehicle terminal 200v receives a voice input from an occupant of the vehicle. (c) The vehicle terminal 200v sends the main position information to an operation control apparatus 100, and sends the information input in Step (b), which is on vehicle position, as sub position information to the operation control apparatus 100.
