<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Nb-added ferritic stainless cool-rolled steel sheet excellent in workability and manufacturability, which is used suitably in products subjected to spinning work such as members in an exhaust gas system of a car and household appliances and to provide a method for manufacturing the Nb-added ferritic stainless steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The Nb-added ferritic stainless cool-rolled steel sheet contains, by mass,≤0.02% C,≤0.5% Si,≤1.5% Mn, 11-23% Cr,≤0.06% P,≤0.03% S,≤1.0% Al,≤0.015% N,≤0.50% Nb and 0.005-0.10% Ti, satisfies 11<(Nb+Ti)/(C+N) and 5≤(Nb/Ti)≤25 and contains, if necessary, one or more of V, Zr, Mo, Cu, Co, Ni, Ca and B, and the balance of Fe with inevitable impurities, wherein as for the microstructure, the carbonitrides of≥1.0μm particle size, which have≤5.0μm average particle size and the precipitate density of 1.0×10<SP>2</SP>to 8.0×10<SP>5</SP>pieces/mm<SP>2</SP>, and aggregates thereof are included in a ground microstructure of the crystal grain having≤50μm crystal grain size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
