PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type vehicle capable of easily assembling a combination body of a front bank side exhaust pipe, a rear bank side exhaust pipe and a gathering pipe. SOLUTION: The saddle riding type vehicle includes: a V type engine; a front side cylinder exhaust pipe; a rear side cylinder exhaust pipe 39; and an exhaust device 633 having the gathering pipe 631 of the front side cylinder exhaust pipe and the rear side cylinder exhaust pipe 39 passing below the engine. A main stand 615 pivotally supported on a bearing part 627 of a lower part of the vehicle body frame is provided, a rear end of the gathering pipe 631 is arranged at a front side than a shaft of the main stand 615, and a rear gathering pipe 45 connected to the gathering pipe 631 is integrally provided on a muffler 49.
