<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cooperation system with high security, which discloses only necessary information to a referred medical facility without requiring medical staff to register medical examination information on a patient to a server in a referring medical facility or causing missed registration. <P>SOLUTION: In the regional medical cooperation system 100, when patient information on a referral patient and referrer information are input in an electronic medical chart device 1A of the referrer, referral form information including the input information and authorization information for medical examination information is generated and output. When the referral form information is received in an electronic medical chart device 1B in the referral, the referral form information is transmitted to a data management server 2, and medical examination information is requested.
