<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety method and apparatus related to workers or products in a cell processing center. <P>SOLUTION: A safety control system includes: an information control system section 38 for controlling various production information corresponding to production numbers in various steps of manufacture of the products; a monitoring system section 36 for recording the environmental conditions of the working facilities including a working chamber at fixed intervals; an environmental condition-monitoring means for watching whether the environmental condition data obtained by matrix information consisting of the step information and environmental condition data, are within a fixed threshold value; a warning means for generating a warning when a working facility in which the data are deviated from the threshold value is detected, in accordance with the deviation; and a database 96 for storing warning processing data in accordance with a data level corresponding to such the working step in advance. The warning means obtains a step in a facility deviated from the threshold value from the information control system section 38, reading out corresponding warning processing data from the database 96 and individually displaying the warning processing corresponding to the level, on each of monitors attached to the corresponding facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
