PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing battery tabs having improved production efficiency by continuous treatment. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing battery tabs includes: a first process for pressing an area near both the ends in a width direction of a long-sized belt-like hoop material 10 in a longitudinal direction; a second process for forming a belt-like plated layer 23b extended in a width direction on the front and rear of the hoop material 10 at a prescribed interval in a longitudinal direction; a third process for laminating the entire surface of the hoop material 10 on a corrosion-resistance coat layer; and a fourth process for cutting the hoop material 10 in a width direction along the plated layer 23b (along a cutting line 25).
