PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system achieved in the reduction of emission gas by operations of an image forming device and efficient air cleaning for an entire room. SOLUTION: The image forming device has an ion generator outside the device body and includes a control part for controlling the ion generator where the control part controls an ion emission amount from the ion generator according to the operations of its own device and operation states of the other peripheral image forming devices. Thereby, one image forming device including the ion generator can achieve the reduction of emission gas by operations of the image forming device and efficient air cleaning for the entire room.
