摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo observation system 1 capable of controlling the start/stop of only a desired capsule endoscope 10 even if there are a plurality of capsule endoscopes. SOLUTION: A magnetic field generating device 20 includes an input part 21 inputting identification information A, and a magnetic field generating part 23 generating a magnetic field signal for controlling the capsule endoscope 10. The capsule endoscope 10 includes an in-vivo information acquiring part 13, a battery 15, a magnetic field receiving part 11, a storage part 16 storing identification information B, and a control part 12. The capsule endoscope 10 includes a comparing part 14 comparing the identification information A with the identification information B to determine a difference between both identification information. When the comparing part 14 determines that both are identical, the control part 12 supplies or cuts off electric power to the in-vivo information acquiring part 13 from the battery 15.
