<p>PURPOSE: A laminated organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used as a charge transport layer by simplifying the transport of a charge which is generated in a photoactive layer due to the intensity variation of an electric field inside a polyelectrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(11) is formed on a substrate(10). A first organic photoactive layer(13) is formed on the first electrode. A recombination layer(14), which includes a conjugated polyelectrolyte layer, is formed on the first organic photoactive layer. A second organic photoactive layer(15) is formed on the recombination layer. A second electrode(17) is formed on the second organic photoactive layer.</p> |
