REALTIME MONITORING SENSOR OF CELL CAPACITANCE AND MONITORING METHOD

PURPOSE: A cell sensor for monitoring cell capacitance and monitoring method using the same are provided to measure capacitance between electrodes in real time. CONSTITUTION: A cell sensor(100) for monitoring cell capacitance in a real time comprises: a substrate(110); a first electrode(121) and second electrode(122) which is separately formed on the substrate and is formed to attach at least one cells; and a passivation layer(131,132) for preventing attachment of cells on the upper portion of the first electrode and second electrode. A method for monitoring cell condition in real time comprises: a step of injecting cells into a separated spaces of the cell sensor and culturing in cell culture media; a step of injecting biomolecule which specifically binds to a target receptor of the cultured cells; and a step of measuring capacitance between the first and second electrodes in a real time.
