PURPOSE: An acoustic signal/electric signal converting package is provided to freely select a mounting direction of a package by additionally arranging a printed circuit substrate and an electrical connection pad on the top as well as on the bottom of a package. CONSTITUTION: A lower printed circuit board(140) comprises a lower electrical connection pad which is electrically connected to a circuit board of an electric device. An acoustic signal/electric signal converting component(110) is electrically connected to the lower electrical connection pad. A signal processing circuit set(130) is electrically connected to the acoustic signal/electric signal converting component and the lower electrical connection pad.
