Disclosed are a user pairing method, device and system for achieving user scheduling. The method comprises: according to a preset resource allocation criterion, determining a first user of a time-frequency resource; according to a downlink channel state quantification code of the first user, looking up a preset pairing table, and obtaining a pairing downlink channel state quantification code which is paired with the downlink channel state quantification code of the first user, the preset pairing table containing the pairing relationships between pre-calculated downlink channel state quantification codes; and determining a pairing user of the first user from users to be paired, a downlink channel state quantification code of the pairing user being the same as the pairing downlink channel state quantification code. The present invention can be applied to reduce the real-time calculation complexity of user scheduling pairing, and improve the system performance. |
