PURPOSE: A self-heat exchange method of an inner drying furnace during vacuum-drying of a solid-liquid mixture like sludge is provided to effectively transfer heat to the solid-liquid mixture through small pipes. CONSTITUTION: A self-heat exchange method of an inner drying furnace(1) during vacuum-drying of a solid-liquid mixture like sludge is as follows. Heat is transferred via water or steam during vacuum-drying. Decompression is executed to generate steam. The generated steam is transferred to the inner side through small pipes(3) installed vertically and densely inside the drying furnace.
