PURPOSE: A dehydrating method of concentrated sludge and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce percentage of the water content of the sludge through steps of the dehydration of the sludge, and to easily establish a dehydrator for concentrated sludge in a small/narrow space through reduction of a generation rate of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrating method of concentrated sludge comprises the following steps; a discharging a concentrated sludge in which 2.0~6.0% of a solid material is contained to an outlet in which a polymer coagulant is put into together through a feeding line(20); mixing and coagulating the concentrated sludge and the polymer coagulant; dehydrating the sludge to be 88-90% of water content by a first extractor(30); discharging the sludge of 80~85% of the water content after the sludge exhausted from the first extractor; compressing the sludge; and separating the sludge on an upper and an bottom filter cloth belts. |
