PURPOSE: A bulb and tuber cutting apparatus is provided to maximize the cutting efficiency by excluding a cleaning process for removing bulb and tuber stuck to the rotational plate. CONSTITUTION: A bulb and tuber cutting apparatus comprises a base(20), a rotational plate(30), a fixed guide block(31), a sun gear, and a plurality of planetary gear rolls. The rotational plate uses a centrifugal force to discharge bulb and tuber put in through a hopper to a cutting blade(40). The fixed guide block forms a cutting guide path(35) together with a variable guide piece(32). The sun gear is fixed to the bottom center of a cover. The planetary gear rolls are located in the inner apex of the fixed guide block and revolve with the rotational plate by engaging with the sun gear, thereby guiding bulb and tuber to the cutting guide path. |
