PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor with a ventilation structure which can ensure a superior ventilation performance and a superior waterproof performance by preventing the damage of a filter which can be ventilated and waterproof. SOLUTION: A disk-shaped fluororubber holding member 14 is internally fitted to a communication part 11a of an outer tube 11 so as to close the greater part of the communication part 11a, and it is caulked so as to be fixed integrally to the outer tube 11. A ventilation hole 35 by which the inside and the outside of the sensor communicate is formed in the axial center of the holding member 14, and a ventilation filter 41 is fixed to the ventilation hole 35 by a stop member 43 in a press-fitted state. The ventilation filter 41 has a sheet shape provided with a ventilation property and a waterproof property, and it is arranged so as to close the side of an outside opening end 35a of the ventilation hole 35. The stop member 43 is a metal cup-shaped member, and a plurality of ventilation and communication holes 47 are formed in its flat bottom 45. |
