FLUID STABILIZER FOR AXIAL-FLOW IMPELLER

PURPOSE: A fluid stabilizer for an axial-flow impeller is provided to prevent stall and the backflow of fluid and thereby improve the performance and efficiency of a system using an axial-flow impeller. CONSTITUTION: A fluid stabilizer for an axial-flow impeller comprises an adjustment hole(31), an adjustment rib(32), a sensor part, and a driving part(33). The adjustment hole is formed in a case(10) to face the tip of blades according to the rotation of a rotary shaft. The adjustment rib is fitted to seal the adjustment hole. The sensor unit generates a driving signal according to a precursor signal of stall created between the tip of the blades and the case. The driving part slides the adjustment rib within the adjustment hole according to the driving signal of the sensor part, thereby forming an uneven portion on the interior surface of the case.
