PURPOSE: A light concentration cap for a LED is provided to effectively concentrate light emitted form a LED to a desired illumination space by separately and accurately controlling the path of light emitted from the LED. CONSTITUTION: An LED main body(10) comprises a light emitting part(13) in the front and a flange part(15) in the rear. A pair of lead frames(20) are drawn from the LED main body to the rearward. A light concentration cap(50) for a LED centers light emitted from the LED to a limited region. The light concentration cap for a LED is composed of a cylinder part(60) in the rearward, which stores the LED and a head part(40) in the front, which collects light. The head part includes a lens part for collecting light to the center part. The cylinder part comprises a LED storing space(55) which is opened rearward. |
