In order to save time and effort, the pair of working rolls (2), after coupling to the linear drive (7) is extended and decoupled, and the same linear drive (7) is coupled to a roll changing frame (11) that is withdrawn between the back-up rolls (3a, 3b) and, when the roll changing frame (11) and the upper back-up roll (3a) are supported on the lower back-up roll (3b), is extended or withdrawn as a single unit.
