PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pyro actuator capable of achieving size reduction while maintaining substantially the same performance as a conventional actuator. SOLUTION: The pyro actuator includes a base (base member) 3 having an igniter 2, a sealed cup (hollow member) 4 having a bottomed cylindrical shape with a base end 4a side air-tightly connected to the base 3 while enclosing the igniter 2, and a V-groove (fracture part) 5 that separates by gas pressure generated in the igniter 2 at the base end 4a side rather than a tip blocking plate 4c of the sealed cup 4.
