PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pour a content without blocking a spout with the content by improving the shape of the spout for enlarging the width and the diameter of the spout when it is opened and by relatively shortening and improving the spout as to a pouch with a spout whose periphery is heat sealed. SOLUTION: The pouch with a gusset fold spout includes a bag top part 15, a bag bottom part 18, a bag side part 19, a first bag top part 16 and a second bag top part 17 formed by gusset folding, a first side seal part 1a formed continuous from a first side seal part 16a of the part 16 and a second side seal part 17b of the part 17 and a recess 1c formed by a side seal part inwardly receding toward a bag body film 2 on one side seal part 1a below the part 15. Cut/separation lines C1, C16, and C17 are provided in parallel with and at the inside of the bag side part in the direction of the first and the second bag top parts for opening the side seal part right above the recess, the first side seal part and the second side seal part as a spout 20.
