ROCKING TYPE EXERCISE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking type exercise apparatus capable of improving a guide effect to an exercise posture of a high exercise effect by accurately determining the exercise posture of a user. SOLUTION: The rocking type exercise apparatus comprises: a seat section 1 on which the user M is seated; a holding section 2 which is rotationally disposed at the front side of the user M in the seat section 1 and is held by the user M for retaining the user's own posture; a drive unit 3 which is provided inside the seat section 1 for rocking the seat section 1; a plurality of sensors 6 which are disposed on the holding section 2 and detect the contact/non-contact with the holding section 2, a force of the user M holding the holding section 2, a tensile force to be applied to the holding section 2 and a rotational angle of the holding section 2; and a guide means 7 which determines the present exercise posture of the user M seated on the seat section 1 according to the detection results of the respective sensors 6 and guides the exercise posture of the user M to the posture of the high exercise effect.
