PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform properties of burned objects when inputting the burned objects to an incinerator by a crane, in a crane control device adapted to the incinerator for burning selection residue and dehydration residue etc. generated from a methane gasification facility as the burned objects. SOLUTION: The crane control device includes a pit 2, the crane 3, a selector detection means 4, a dehydrator detection means 5 and a control means 6. In particular, the selector detection means 4 detects the operating state of a selector 51, the dehydrator detection means 5 detects the operating state of a dehydrator 52, and the control means 6 calculates the mixing ratio R of the selection residue B and dehydration residue C based on each operating state from the both detection means 4, 5 and stirs and mixes the selection residue B and dehydration residue C in the pit 2 by controlling the crane 3 based on the mixing ratio R.
