PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating hydrogen generating oil sludge, in which hydrogen is restrained from being generated from the hydrogen generating oil sludge, such as waste wire-saw oil and waste cutting oil and the subsequent handling thereof is made easy and safe. SOLUTION: The method for treating hydrogen generating oil sludge includes a step of mixing ≥100 parts weight mineral oil-based oil sludge based on 100 parts weight hydrogen generating oil sludge.
