<p>Provided is an analysis method wherein background rise can be prevented by a simple method at no cost. An analysis method is characterized in that a sample solution is supplied to a sample supply part (13) by using a sample analyzing tool (10) where a deployment solution supply part (12), the sample supply part (13) and a detection part (14) to which a substance (17) binding specifically to the analysis object (16) in the sample is affixed are arranged in this order on a deployment member (11) from the upstream to the downstream of the deployment solution, the deployment solution is supplied to the deployment solution supply part (12) simultaneously with or prior to supply of the sample solution, the sample solution is introduced to the detection part (14) by deployment of the deployment solution in the deployment member (11) in the presence of a labeled specific binding substance (15), a complex (18) of the affixed specific binding substance (17), the analysis object (16), and the labeled specific binding substance (15) is formed in the detection part (14), and the analysis object (16) is analyzed by detecting the label (19) in the complex (18).</p> |
