<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated device which is capable of changing settings of an operating mode during operation and does not require any terminal dedicated for mode setting. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated device is composed of: a word clock line 101a which inputs/outputs a clock signal for controlling an operation timing; a bit clock line 101b; a data line 101c which intermittently inputs/outputs data indicating a factor of processing caused by operation based on the clock signal or data indicating a result of processing caused by operation based on the clock signal; a flip-flop circuit 102 for acquiring a signal from the data line 101c during a period in which data are not output from the data line 101c; and a mode setting circuit 103 for setting an operating mode of the device's own in accordance with a signal sampled by the flip-flop circuit 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
