<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for ceramic firing suitable for firing thin ion-conductive ceramics having a large area. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for ceramic firing is composed of a setter, a sagger and a combination of these for firing a ceramic green sheet. The setter is formed of a porous material having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm, surface roughness of from 50 μm to less than 100 μm and a porosity of 70 to 90%. The sagger has a structure with air permeability in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction when the saggers are stacked, and has an aperture ratio of 40 to 95% in a side face or the bottom of the sagger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
