<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor that improves wear resistance of a projecting portion in a piezoelectric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric motor 1 includes: a piezoelectric actuator 10 having a piezoelectric element 30 having a piezoelectric layer 40 and a first electrode 50 and a second electrode 60 each provided on both end surfaces across the piezoelectric layer 40, and a vibration member 20 fixed on the first electrode side of the piezoelectric element; and a rotating shaft 3 that rotates in contact with a protruding portion 21 of the vibration member to be vibrated by the piezoelectric element. In the piezoelectric motor 1, the protruding portion is provided with grooves 21A-21E opened on the tip surface and penetrating through the thickness direction, at a plurality of portions along the rotating direction of the rotating shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
