PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet which can deal with a plurality of kinds of applications and dirts by one sheet and is excellent in handleability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the cleaning sheet. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet 1, which is mounted on a cleaning tool covering the lower surface of the cleaning tool, includes a base sheet 10 and a brush member assembly 20 joined to at least one surface of the base sheet 10 and composed by gathering two or more kinds of brush members 21 of different cleaning functions.
