PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine redisplaying symbols after power failure. SOLUTION: If data are effectively stored in a backup area 13b when the power supply is returned, a main control board C transmits control commands including a power supply return command 40, left or right symbol specifying commands 34-37 and a player waiting command 41 in this order to a display control board D. At the time, the display control board D skips a process of outputting an error signal if receives symbol control commands because a power supply return flag 23d is on. After that, by receiving the player waiting command 41, a left or right symbol LED 7a or 7b corresponding to a left or right symbol flag 23b or 23c turned on before the power shut-off can be lighted. Further, as a whole symbol stopping command 38 is not received, symbols displayed before the power shut-off can be redisplayed when the power supply is returned without outputting test shooting information to an outside part (such as a connector 20).
