<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cancer tissue-originated cell mass accurately reflecting the behavior of cancer cells in a living body; and a method for preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This cancer tissue-originated cell mass which is a separated material separation-treated as a mass containing≥3 pieces of the cancer cells from the cancer tissue obtained from an individual body, or its cultured material, and maintains its proliferation function in vitro is prepared. Such the cancer tissue-originated cell mass can be obtained by e.g. a method of preparation comprising a process of enzyme-treating the pulverized cancer tissue extracted from the living body; and a process of sorting/collecting the mass containing≥3 pieces of cancer cells among the enzyme-treated materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
