PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid circuit board as the circuit board for mounting memory devices such as a ROM and electronic devices such as a CPU, to facilitate peeling a seal from the circuit board by contriving a shape of the circuit board when the seal such as a ROM seal is pasted on the circuit board, and to provide a game machine having a circuit unit for easily achieving reuse of the electronic devices and the circuit board. SOLUTION: The circuit board 261 of the circuit unit 260 has a notch 261c. The ROM seal 266 adheres to the back face 261a of the circuit board 261 so that the upper left corner 266a of the ROM seal 266 extends from the notch end face 261d of the notch 261c toward upper left in the figure. Thus, even when the circuit board 261 is a rigid board, the entire ROM seal 266 is easily peeled from the circuit board 261, for example, by holding the upper right corner 266a of the ROM seal 266 with the fingers and separating it from the circuit board 261.
