IN VEHICLE NETWORK SYSTEM HAVING INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATED GATEWAY AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DATA THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vehicle network system with an intelligent integrated gateway and a data processing method thereof are provided to interface a MOST protocol with a protocol for controlling a CAN, thereby improving the entire wiring efficiency of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Devices(11a,11b) of the first group are connected to a CAN(Controller Area Network) network bus(12) based on a CAN protocol. Devices(13a,13b) of the second group are connected to a MOST(Media Oriented Systems Transport) central network(14) based on the MOST protocol. An integrated gateway(17) converts a MOST message and a CAN message for mutual communication between the first and second group devices. Interface cards(15,16) physically connect the integrated gateway, the CAN network bus, and the MOST central network.
