PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of coping with the heat generation of a low-profile electronic device. SOLUTION: There is provided a pump device comprising a movable magnetic body which is formed with a fluid path extending in a tapered shape at both sides of a through-path of a cylindrical magnet axially magnetized and provided with an umbrella check valve at an inlet port side of the device ; a cylinder in which after spiral springs are arranged at both sides of the movable magnetic body that sildably houses the movable magnetic body; a suction nozzle and a discharge nozzle with the umbrella check valve are fitted to the inlet port and outlet port sides of the device, respectively, and then a sensor coil is wound in the small among a first drive coil, a second drive coil and a drive coil at the periphery of the cylinder, and furthermore, two semilunarly-curved peripheral magnetic bodies are attached to the outside of the cylinder in such a manner as to sandwich the cylinder; and a circuit board for reciprocating the movable magnetic body by applying an alternative current so that the same poles of the first and second driving coils housed in a case together with the cylinder are opposed to each other.
