PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a first flow channel forming section, forming a first liquid flow channel and made of a material liable to chemically react with the delivering liquid, from being corroded and to reduce a time period necessary for making delivering liquid at initial use to be delivered in a liquid delivering device. SOLUTION: In a printer, an ink flow channel is formed that extends from a needle 71 fixed to a cartridge loading section 5 to an in-head flow channel 76, partially formed of a plate made of a metallic material such as stainless steel and including a nozzle, through a tube 6 made of a synthetic resin material and an ink flow channel (an ink introduction flow channel 72, a dumper chamber 73 and an ink supply flow channel 74) in a sub-tank 3 made of a synthetic resin material. In an unused state of the printer, the in-head flow channel 76 is filled with a preservation liquid obtained by excluding some components such as a colorant from ink, and the flow channel in the sub-tank 3, the tube 6, and a communication channel in the needle 71 are also filled with the ink.
