PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire fastening device achieving one-handed operation of a worker. SOLUTION: A tire T is fastened by using a fastening belt V and a pair of hook engaging fixtures A. The fastening belt V has an end connected with an end hook F<SB>1</SB>and an intermediate portion provided with a hook F<SB>2</SB>with a sheave. The pair of hook engaging fixtures A is provided with a plurality of hook engaging holes 19, 22 formed at predetermined pitches in an upper plate 18 and at least one of both opposing side plates 21a, 21b in order to engage the end hook F<SB>1</SB>and hook F<SB>2</SB>with the sheave of the fastening belt V in a self-supporting posture, is releasably engaged with two fastening holes H formed along the width direction of a floor panel member P through a pair of engagement bodies 16, and is arranged forward and rearward of the tire T with the pair of hook engaging fixtures arranged adjacent to the tire T placed on the floor panel member P.
