PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking piece fixing device simple in structure and easy to operate when a predetermined label is locked to a predetermined article by using a locking piece unit not having a runner bar and using the locking piece fixing device. SOLUTION: A locking piece fixing device 20 for using a locking piece unit 600 formed, without using a connection bar portion, by arranging a plurality of locking pieces, each provided, at the opposite ends of a fiber portion 4, with an insert portion 2 and a holding portion 3, in parallel and contiguously to each other, and by mutually joining at least the adjoining insert portions with one another and adjoining holding portions with one another through coupling members 7, 8, wherein a locking piece unit press member for always applying to the locking piece unit a bias force directed toward an insert portion driving position is provided at the other end of the locking piece unit not having the connection bar portion under a state where one end of the locking piece unit is arranged at the insert portion driving position 203.
