<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely compensate for wear to a clutch disc. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch controller includes: a clutch disc 23; a pressure plate 24 for pressing the clutch disc; a diaphragm spring 25 for forcing the pressure plate to a flywheel 21 side; a release bearing 26 for pressing the central portion of the diaphragm spring; a release fork 27; and an actuator 30. Moreover, the flywheel and an outer-peripheral portion of the diaphragm spring are abutted on each other through a tapered portion 24d and an adjust wedge member 29. Further, this apparatus largely presses the central portion of the diaphragm spring to the flywheel side only when little vehicle vibration occurs, thereby to rotate the adjust wedge member against the pressure plate and to correct a distance between the pressure plate and the outer-peripheral portion of the diaphragm spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
