It is possible to easily integrate a plurality of information items concerning the same object even when the information items do not commonly contain an attribute inherent to the object. A generation condition storage means stores a generation integration condition which specifies one or more attributes contained in a plurality of information items concerning the same object. From the generation condition storage means is acquired a generation integration condition which specifies only the attribute identical to the attribute contained in the information items to be integrated, as a generation integration condition corresponding to the information to be integrated (200c). The CI judged to be the CI concerning the same object (300) as the information to be integrated is as follows: CI1200b which is a CI containing the attribute specified by the acquired generation integration condition and having an attribute value specified by the generation integration condition which value coincides with the value of the attribute contained in the information to be integrated.
