The marker (1) has registration elements (7-9) fastened to a carrier element (2), where the registration elements are spaced and abducted from the carrier element. The registration elements are reversibly hinged or bendable in a direction of the carrier element that is provided with a fixing device i.e. clamping device (4), at a rear end (3) for fixing the marker to a tissue of a patient. The registration elements are made of a flexible material and spread from the carrier element with respect to a spring element (11). An independent claim is also included for a medical device including a marker.
