<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a seal temperature range capable of filling up a packaged object by controlling generation of foaming and wrinkles at a sealing section by effectively restraining heat transfer from a heat seal blade to the packaged object and a sealant layer for mutual proximity displacement of the paired heat seal blade, and to attain stable and certain fusion welding under high-speed filling of the packaged object. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat seal blade for a heat sealing roll wherein the heat seal blades are respectively mounted on a pair of rolls reversely rotated and driven by approaching each other and the surface of the heat seal blade is arced along the circumferential direction of the roll and laminated films are fusion-welded by holding the laminated films for packaging between these heat seal blades faced each other, according to the bottle opening-shaped seal blade where at least a part of a preceding side in the rotation direction of the surface of heat seal blade is hollow, a high-pressure section only, excluding an end part at an advancing side in the rotation direction by coming in contact with a seal among at least one bottle-opening projecting section of the opposite seal blades is set up to be a fine uneven rough surface section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
